What is it?

WpMultimediaBridge is a Wordpress plugin filtering the content of your blog searching for multimedia urls. This plugin emulate Facebook behavior regarding urls in your blog content.

What it does?

It convert all multimedia urls in a dynamic information area like those:
http://vimeo.com/3568757/

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRSBse5oFug

Once the links are inserted in your text, no action is required from you. The extension will take care of everything when you will publish your post. After that, you will be able to customize the titles and descriptions of each detected video.

Current version of the plugin supports the following sources: YouTube and Vimeo. Several new sources will be added in the future. Currently, the filter only applies to posts and pages; The next versions will do a dynamic reading of comments in order to display the same enriched content.
